okay so I tried to download the snow mod and I couldn't do one of the parts..so I decide to just stop..and I replaced a few files before that in like two folders..and I tried to replace them with my other lcpdfr folder (backup) yet it didn't change...I mainly just want the roads do not leave marks when I drive and not to slip and one have the common folder and the other first folder you modify?

    If you have the steam version, you can reverify the game cache to get the original files back. Always make backups. The files affected are most likely the handling file and some of the img files. If you do not have any backups, check here (http://www.gta-downloads.com/en/gta4/file-backups/).
