After player the game for ten minutes I install Simple NT and and ASI loader  Nothing....

I insert the ASI loader on the left. And the trainer is already in the directory on the right.

I'm using patch 1.0.4.0 due to ENB issues. I'd rather not use that patch..

What Trainer should I use with 1.0.4.0?

Are you force-running the game as administrator? UAC disabled?  Go to the GTA IV folder, right click on GTAIV.exe, Properties, Compatibility and select 'Run this program as administrator', do the same exact thing to the LaunchGTAIV.exe.

Disabling UAC:

  1. Open the start menu.

  2. Type “UAC” (without quotes)

  3. Pull the “slider” all the way down and accept the changes. A reboot may be required in some rare cases.

Also, you could try to download and extract the latest version of Scripthook.dll and ScripthookDotNet.asi files to your GTA IV directory. (http://www.hazardx.com/details.php?file=83)
