Ok so I am doing a fresh install and ran into this. 

 

Installation component 'LCPDFirstResponse' error'd!
   at G17MediaSetupEngine.Stuff.MakeServiceCall(String urloverride)
   at G17MediaSetupEngine.Installation_Components.LCPDFRComponent.endComponent()
   at G17MediaSetupEngine.UI.Interface.wizardControl1_SelectedPageChanged(Object sender, EventArgs e)
   at G17MediaSetupEngine.UI.Interface.wizardControl1_SelectedPageChanged(Object sender, EventArgs e)
 
Any takers?
Yes legal copy

    It asked for my user name and password, I entered it and hit next. Does the error above indicate a problem with that? 

     

    The Crime Statistics are currently offline and that is what is causing your probem. To fix the error, do not link your account until it is fixed.

    Ok, any idea how long they will be offline? Can I link my account after the install?

    I have no idea how long they will be offline for sorry. 

     

    To link the account after the install you will simply need to re-install it using the installer and overwrite the files already there then input your username and password.
