Well, this is my police background for GTA4 w/ LCPDFR, and to install you just have to take the background into the LCPDFR folder and paste it in, then renaming it to "PoliceBG" without the citation marks, and removing the .png format, and you're ready to go! It's made with paint.NET and when the clan submissons are up again my clan i am going to starts is going to have this background. Well, this is my first mod, so be nice.

Yes, i made it simpel and slightly impressive with paint.NET. Realism wasen't the thaught, just made it out of nothing, just to have a cool BG for the computer!
