No. CVPIs aren't for undercover techniques. They're for general fleet use - they can sometimes see undercover work, but are much more likely to be marked patrol cars. Almost all police CVPIs are marked patrol cars, because almost all police cars in general are marked.

RCMP love to use some unmarked for highway patrol use, but they don't choose normal colours.. never seen a black one or a white one, just metallic brown and really shitty dark blue.

They CAN be undercover, but they aren't designed for it - they're general duties cars, normally marked b/c normal cop cars are marked. That was my point, may have been unclear.

I know some department buy the CIVI's models for the uncover cruisers to make the blend in more with traffic

You sure in the hell must not be looking right. Either A) You're blind or B) Just down right too god damn picky about something that isn't 100% exactly as you want it. There are well over enough CVPI's with full detailed interiors. 

why do all cvpis suck? seriously they are all garbage and its like the most known police vehicle? why do the modlers always skimp out on the cvpi? i dont get it

I like the CVPI... infact if you look at my gallery I have most of my LCPD CVPI.... my police #2 car is a chevy and the patriot is a Tahoe... so in fact they run better then most police cars I have messed with
