I Have no idea how to do it myself, if i could i would, but i would LOVE a RCMP Tahoe skin for the Noose Patriot, if anyone wanted a project? it would be awesome haha! Pic uploaded below of what im looking for..

ALSO , if anyone wants to just tell me how to make my own car, maybe a tut, or tell me whatever i have todo, im not afraid of work, just lack knowledge in this field , willing to learn :)
