What do you mean change the liveries? As in on a police car, going from the stock LCPD one to a custom one?

Well I now have no ELS and I have installed ELS into the files... help

I figured out the ELS with the trainer but I still cant change the  liveries I have imported the skins to the model and I did make sure that the car does have multiple  liveries... but in the trainer I cant change them... am I doing something wrong??? I am using Open IV

You must go into the trainer.ini then change VehicleLivery=0 //Trainer mapped Livery From 1 to 0 I have already changed it that is why you see 0! Please let me know if you need any further help! You also need to insure that your car is multi livery enabled!

ok so what do i open the trainer.ini in WinRAR? and another question is the for the plate reader script how do I open that one and where do I put it

 

You open it with notepad, since it's a text file.
