I don't see a problem here. That's it from what I remember when I installed my OpenIV way back when. Try doing a search in whatever drive you installed it in (if you have dual), or search in the C: drive, if you can't find it on your secondary one. Feel free to PM me about this issue, you have my permission if any moderators ask...

    What do I search for? I searched for OpenIV in my C: drive and I didn't have any applications to open
