Hello! I have been looking for a really big pack...im talking possibly uniforms but a pack that replaced all police vehicles but the problem the packs that there are aren't big...so is someone willing to get a pack together for me or make one that's a big state like nypd or Georgia (yes Ik Georgia isn't big) or like idk rcmp

So the prerequisite is that the package should contain a large number of vehicles, or from a large department?

You know, instead of having it spoon fed to you, why don't you just assemble your own pack?> Just look here for links to different mods. It's not as hard as you think it is.

I found out what the problem was. It was a traffic mod that kept crashing the game. Awesome pack btw!
