Does anybody have or know of a good NYPD highway or state patrol car. Also I would like one under noose. Ford taurus would be my preferred model of vehicle.

How do you change it from police to noose?

There is a non-ELS NYPD Highway Patrol CVPI by Chasez on gta-mods.com. From what I also know is that Cj24 is in the process of creating a NYSP pack which would include a Taurus but I don't know when he would be releasing it.

It's really simple, just change the name from police.wtd & police.wtf > noose.wtd & noose.wtf.

 

And if the car flips easily or behaves weird use the handling line which should come with the vehicle download

Yes, there is a NYSP Tahoe. It's made by Cj24 and it should be under his files. Sorry I can't link it to you right now because I'm on a mobile.
