What the actual fuck is this cop doing. In the video the guy is driving while pointing his gun out the window at the guy while going off road beside oncoming traffic. Then he runs directly at the car where he knows there is a weapon but sprints in anyways with no cover and no backup. 

 

This is how people get hurt.
