Hi, being from RI myself, I wanted to have my town, Westerly, as the Cops and the RISP as Strooper . I made a RISP texture to replace the Strooper.. May not be the best. I didn't get the emblem on the hat and I also colored the flashlight brown by mistake. I never uploaded it, but since you requested, I'd like to share... I used the default model by the way. I do like 1997chevyboy's texture though.

OMG!!! You made a RISP skin for the Caprice! I love the new Caprice! Which one is it? I might do a "New Liberty State Police" skin with the RISP style for it just for my use. If you're not going to upload the skins please PM me a dowload, would love to have it!

I didnt make the car skins, i just put a new badge and resized everything to fix on different cars. repo401 sent me the skins while i finish the uniforms.

the caprice is a 2013 my primary comp is down atm once i get it up and running ill pm you what caprice car model i use

I love ELS and all, I just hate having an indestructible vehicle while lights are on. It would be nice if someone could do a westerly pd skin pack for the vanilla cars and or els vehicles, and police peds!

True... I know there's non-els vehicles with different lightbars. I downloaded a pack from hear called Police and taxi pack which has ford/chevy models which look good.

Alright so the models I was talking about didn't come with templates... I think I just gonna go with ELS instead.

Sorry man i been very busy these last two weeks, i will get them finished for you before christmas for shure.

just was curious. take your time my pc is still down and the repair shop lost my hardrive so it will be awhile before i can even use them
