I run the LCPD FR installer as administrator, once I get to the lcpdfr.com registration part I type in my login information I get an error from Microsoft.NET Framework that says:

and it all say true and theres no error but when i start GTA IV EFLC i get Grand theft auto has stop working.plz help!

Is your version of EFLC pirated, cracked by any chance? Also, try running the game as an admin. Which version are you also trying to run?

No it has the two disc to install the game im trying to install LCPDFR 0.91.I run as admin.

Do you have any other mods?

i use police pursuit mod 7.5c[x] other wise LCPDFR but i cant get it to work. i use ASI - ELS EMERGENCY LIGHTING SYSTEM V5,and finally modded cars
