Hello there,

Recently, I downloaded police/car mods and several other mods for GTA IV and I found out that the streets are nearly empty. Only taxis and some police cars appear but nothing else. I downloaded a traffic fix because I wanted many cars on the road but that didn't work as well. I researched it and some people said to install an extra RAM but wasn't so sure. If your wondering these are my specs:

 

MacBook Pro (Using Bootcamp):

Windows 8 Pro

Intel Core i5 (2.5 Ghz)

4 GB RAM

Intel HD Graphics 4000

Thanks again! I tried out the traffic script and it indeed worked but I was looking for more heavy traffic.

If you are in single player idk what to tell you however if you play multi player when you start a lobby you can adjust the amount of traffic

traffic flow only has 20 cars spawn while traffic load has all 80 plus cars spawn and you can find that on the web

True, but traffic load is more intensive on your game though if you have the right hardware you can run it just fine.

 

Traffic flow: Simple and should work on MOST PCs.

Traffic load: Memory intensive and works on mid-high end PCs.
