I know there is a clan that uses Chandler PD skins but they're very private on their work and I don't have the skills to create a good Chandler PD skin, would anyone be kind enough to make one? I'll provide some pictures to what they look like. The Crown vic skin is what I'm primarily looking for, Tahoe's and Impala's don't worry me too much. Thanks again!   '>       '>    '>

So I was the one that created the skins.

 

It has been many months since I have been in contact with the original requester of those skins, and he has not replied back to me saying I can release them, but at the same time, I don't see any activity with that clan, nor any responses when I try and reach out.

I will consider releasing them. What does the community think? Should I release them even though I have not gotten approval from someone who is MIA?

If the skins are totally yours yes you can release them! However if they do not belong to you and you edited them you are required to give credits to the original owner!

Hey man it's up to you if you want to release them, I applied for the same clan about a year ago and still no word. 

Yeah, I got a message back from the person holding the permissions. He requested I not as they are attempting to get the clan back together. I have to respect those wishes.
