Hi all,

 

I tried installing some different textures for my CVPI and Bearcat today and I ran into a problem. When I have installed them with SparkIV, I save+rebuild, yet when I load the vehicle in game it still only uses the original skin1. This happens even if I replace all the skins with the one that I want, and I have +livery added to all the code in the vehicle file. Ive worked with skins before and never had an issue. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Are the textures your importing using the same template as the one that came with the model? Do you get any error messages when trying to import the textures?

No. It all works fine until I get in-game and the textures are still the originals.

Very odd, you must be doing something wrong on your end. Try using OpenIV rather than SparkIV, as Spark is known to have numerous issues.
