Hello,

 

I'm wording how people create peds? Is it similar to the cars where you just need to color a template, or is it more like creating models with the 3D programs?

 

Any help is appriciated,

    It depends what you want to do. An aesthetic change can be done in Photoshop, and you can combine meshes using OpenIV. However you'll need 3DS Max if you want to create new models all together.
