does anyone know of any MDT/MDC like programs outside of LCPDFR?

 

As i have multiple screens, it would be nice to start my own database. something that i can enter names/crimes and later down the line after sometime of entering names/ crimes into, i can eventually start searching names, to see if i have encounter them before. this would indeed put a sense of realism into my game/mod, as i would be building my own MDC/MDT with all my crimes and suspects i have attended. nothing that ties to any real database, like a independent program. 

 

if anyone have any suggestions, that would be outstanding. pref something free, but i am willing to pay for a program of a reasonable price...nothing to expensive (it is just a game of course)
