I was wondering if anyone was interested in teaming up to create a new version of the Police MDC that this website hosted for GTA IV (mdc.lcpdfr.com)

 

I have a little programming experience, but nowhere near enough to do this on my own. I have the concept down, though, and because the framework is already available, we might be able to build off that.
