Hello, I recently put a command line into GTA to test out what it done. I didn't like it so I removed it, however the effect it made on the game has not been removed. 

How can I fix it?

That's not possible if you really did remove the file. Are you sure it's deleted?

I have never heard of this issue ever before. What were the commandlines that you put in?

-availablevidmem 100

-percentvidmem 3.3

Those two are working against each other, you only need one of those lines. Try and putting the commandline back in, this time with: 

-availablevidmem 100
