uninstall not compatible %P

i have run into an issue with GTAIV, i tried to uninstall it and now getting " your system is incompatible %P ". i've done this before but never ran into this. Now i cant uninstsall to re install

For future reference, that is Windows XP Service Pack 3, correct? Is it a legal copy of the game? From where are you trying to run the uninstaller? 

 

Wait what, Windows 8 have a Service Pack 3?

It could be that the uninstaller is broken, for some reason. Try using RevoUninstaller. It should clean the registry completely and allow you to reinstall the game.

ok, working on that now - it's no longer listed in my programs " GRAND THEFT AUTO " so i think its uninstalled. now i try to re-install and i get to ROCKSTAR GAMES SOCIAL club sign in and that's about it.
