Check the model

Featured Replies

Hello,

I have installed a car (BMW X5) and nothing out of the ordinary occurred. I spawn it in game once and it is fine, everything is running smoothly. However if I spawn it a second time, I get a message from snt saying "Unable to spawn selected vehicle, check the model". Then I lose all textures and I am forced to exit the game.

How can I fix this?

Many thanks,

It may happen when the car isn't imported correctly. Be sure to take the right wft & wtd files. Also, make sure to use OpenIV instead of SparkIV.

I have unintstalled it then re-installed it and the same problem occurs. I go to install OpenIV and it doesnt install, this always happens when I try it and that's why I use spark.

Then you seriously need to decrease the amount of polygons on your installed cars. GTA IV can't handle cars with too many polygons.

So do I just need to take out some cars that I have installed to reduce the amount?
