GTA EFLC Not starting

Featured Replies

Hi guys (I AM going to write in UK English because I am Scottish)

I installed 0.95, and it didn't work, so I used my common sense and downgraded to 0.91, and I get this error message:

Exception EFCreateError in module DSOUND.dll at 000116C5. Cannot create file "C:\Program files (x86)\Rockstar Games\EFLC\asilog.txt" Access is denied.

I have reinstalled EFLC AND LCPDFR multiple times, and nothing happened, the same notice.

Help?

P.S. I am clueless in computer programming so please don't respond with a page of HTML!

Mark

Does not matter, if you use Vista or 7 you have to either right click and Run as Administrator or disable UAC.

You are using the WRONG right theme!

What is UAC? And I tried that, didn't work. I have it running again, but now my EFLC is missing the "root" folder. ARRH!
