  • Yes, the mod will unlock the islands anyway, just make sure to complete the first mission before starting.

Sent me your log files & Checked them over

The below explains why LCPDFR doesnt work

Loading ASI F:\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto IV\ScriptHookDotNet.asi

ASI loaded : F:\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto IV\ScriptHookDotNet.asi, Address 0x00000000

The below is outdated (Not supporting 1.0.7.0)

[iNFO] Auto detecting game version

[FATAL] Failed to detect game version

got your fix :)

http://aru.mtasa.com....5.1_Redist.zip

(Currently not loading for me, but this is the official GTA IV script hook) :) should get all your mods up and running

Your running 0.5.0 which doesnt support 1.0.7.0 (GTA IV) which explains the issues, But im concerned because My link I sent ealier contained 5.1 (Unless you didnt replace yours)

Loading ASI F:\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto IV\ScriptHookDotNet.asi

ASI loaded : F:\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto IV\ScriptHookDotNet.asi, Address 0x638C0000

I tested another one, which didn't work at all (caused the game to crash) so I went back. I must've uploaded that asi loader. I'll try that link anyways and see what I can do with it.

I actually just checked that link and the site is not responding. I repalced the scrip[thook with the one included with the installer again, and just played, nothing still. That link has been down since the first time you sent it to me

go to F:\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto IV\ and right click GTAIVLauncher.exe and click 'run as administrator' see if this helps?

Also check for ScriptHookDotNet.log and post what it says? (Wasnt included in your logs you sent me)

It wasn't included because it doesn't exist.. And I ran it as admin, no luck. Check your PM box for the logs from last run

scratch my last post about the scripthook then (new logs say 5.1)

ASI loader is loading scripthookdotnet... It should create a logfile (because the ASI loader loads it into memory?)

http://dl.hazardx.com/83 Try this (scripthookdotnet official download)

If it still fails download and run this http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?displaylang=en&id=17718 I know you said you already have it, but just run it and click repair (if it says you already have it installed)

Im confused about this.. I never had such an issue before

I am actually having this same problem at the moment, exactly the same. I'm trying to read what you guys posted to see if mine will work but I'm getting stumped as well.

@ Newfoundking, What are your system specs. I had issues where I could not load LCPDFR 0.91. I did not see where you posted any specs for your system. If you could post at least your OS, Ram, Video and CPU specs I might be able to come up with a solution to your problem.

**Edit: I see the specs. Let me do some research and see what could cause it.

Sorry for Double post. Wouldn't let me edit my one again.

The name of the log that he was referring to is ScriptHookDotNet.txt .

Ensure that ScriptHook.dll, ScriptHookDotNet.asi and Dsound.dll OR Xlive.dll are in the GTA IV ROOT folder

I had all 3 and so it would not load. Your one picture was cut off so I could not tell if you had checked for that.

** In your ScriptHook log between [iNFO] Using game version 1.0.7 and [iNFO] Script Hook - Shutdown you should have something like this [iNFO] [scriptHookDotNet] Thread started . That might be where your problem is.

Apparently my edit button doesn't exist anymore, so I apologize for the second post, but as a reference, ELS is installed and does work, so I know scripthook.dll works for sure, and I placed the simple fuel mod revan linked me to, and that did not work, and that is a dotnet mod..

I've got them both, and I have uninstalled, reinstalled, and repaired following people's prescriptions, unfortunately, nothing has changed. I just did another check, and there are indeed both fully installed and functioning.
