I'm new in forum, cuz few days ago I've installed GTA IV again, and I thought, that I will make some fun with mods :) At first I've downloaded LCPD:FR mod. Unfortuanetly, it isn't running yet :(

 

Dunno why when I running my orginal GTA IV with 1.0.7.0 patch, I click start button, game is loading, I see a characters and when I have in right corner LOADING - MISSION NAME, GTA IV's crashing ..

 

I search a bit of sulution, I've searched program called Daignostic Tool and I've generated that raport:

Do you have any thinks about it ? I really want to play that mod, also I want to place PoliceHepler and ELSv7 system, but I'm worry, that it will totally destroy my GTA :/

And now, when I checked GTA IV via Diagnose Tool, when I want to run it via LaunchGTA.exe it's imidiatelly telling me, that program's stop working. What is going on ?!

As a rule of the thumb, always run GTA IV as administrator. You do this by going to the GTA IV folder, right click on GTAIV.exe -> Properties -> Compatibility and select 'Run this program as administrator'. Do the same exact thing to the LaunchGTAIV.exe.

 

I have another question as well, is it a legal copy of the game, did you buy it? 

Sure Sir, it's 100% legal copy of the game. I have the RGSC account, serial keys etc.

 

I'm running it via administrator, but still the same problem :/

Another question, did you save the game while running any other mods last time? 

So yesterday I play on this mod and that was working! But unfortuanetly I want to have a new police car and after this GTA IV goes fu** up. Today I reinstalled it and when I run it without any mod I have the latest save ( 3'rd mission ). And to conclude of your question - yes I did.

Then your savefiles are corrupted and need to be deleted. And before you ask, no, there is no way to save them. 

You can delete them from here: 

X:Users%username%AppDataLocalRockstar GamesGTA IVsavegames

Never ever save while on duty with LCPDFR or with modded cars in the parkingspace. 

I deleted it, but now is another problem - after launching GTA IV it doesn't want to run. I don't know what is going out. Will try to reinstall it, and put on LCPD:FR mod without any files of saves :)

 

And if I want to play with LCPD, ELSv7, PoliceHelper and modded car which patches I need to completly working of all of this things ?

Reinstall GTA IV, start the game once. Apply the latest patch, start it to make sure the game works properly. Then install the mods one by one. Install the car mods last. 

Ok, and does the mods have any order to install or just it's my decission ?

Not really no, but the PoliceHelper mod is a "addon" to LCPDFr so I would recommend installing LCPDFR first. It probably shouldn't matter though :)
