Can anyone assist me in installing player skins for my officers? I am downloading a few from LCPDFR, but do I need OPEN IV? Can someone help me?

Moving to GTA IV Support requests.

Yes, if you're referring to wft/wtd files you need to save them in a folder then use Open/SparkIV to import them into your game, I use Spark so i'll list instructions for that

 

Open the program select IV GTA IV from the top left, scroll down to models click on cdiimages then double click on component peds then click import at the top of your window find your source folder for your uniforms highlight them then press open 

 

and your done :)
