I checked the diagnostics and it said everything's running okay, but whenever I load my game, I run outside and press CTRL+P and it says the mod has started, it doesn't give me a waypoint or anything to the nearest police station.

Doesn't appear any new blip on the map? Be sure to check the big map for new icons and set your own waypoint to it as the mod doesn't do that. It just marks the entrances to the pd's
