I get this when starting GTA IV(steam):

I reinstalled and got the same thing. Any Idea how to fix this? Last Time I played was a few weeks ago and it was working fine.

I am running Windows 7, not vista.

    Is your GTAIV.exe set to any compatibility mode? I got it complaining about this but running as XP.

    I dont think it is, how do I check?

    I went to the compatibility tab and selected Windows 7. Then in worked, even though I am running Win7.
