Ok i am new here wif all these ELS or smp or something... Well i have to post this on my on.. Recently i just saved my game in quick save while LCPDFR was activated. Awhile later when i was gonna load the game, it seems that everytime in loading the saved data, it keeps on crash.. GTA was not responding or something... then it crash to desktop. I tried redownload GTA 4 again from STEAM and it happens... Any solutions to fix this? :(

Don't ever save while on-duty. Your saves are now corrupted and you need to remove them from here: 

X:Users%username%DocumentsRockstar GamesGTA IVsavegames

Are you sure? Games for Windows Live doesn't support cloud saving. 

Can you see hidden files? AppData is per default hidden in windows. Follow this guide to see hidden files (http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/windows-vista/show-hidden-files-and-folders-in-windows-vista/).

Seems that my files are empty even i enable hidden files and stuffs.... But i dunno is it only me or other GTA 4 steam players, u nid to have SocialClub ID and then can allow access to the game and NEED to register a window live iD in order to have the saving / loading data enable... if u dunt have window live u cant save any data in GTA 4.. This bugs me alot at the 1st installation of GTA 4
