When i try to install the new version of LCPFR then this error comes up

Are you running the installer as administrator? (right-click the file, run as administrator)

I sortoff fixed the last error and got a new one ...

If it does not work after watching both of those videos, there's something else that's wrong. Download and install the appropriate version of WinRar (http://www.rarlab.com/download.htm).
