Get to the crime scene

Featured Replies

Hello all,

I have been using LCPDFR comfortably for the past 3 months, I have a problem that just started yesterday. When I answer a call it tells me to get to the crime scene, I do this but nothing happens. The marker still stays yellow. I have tried to restart but it keeps happening and its beginning to get more frequent. I only have vehicle and weapon mods along with police helper and a native trainer (with keys disabled of course). Please, any help is always appreciated.

Then it's normal! Because of how GTA IV stacks functions in the memory, after a while the scripts will start to act up and crash. There is fortunately a quick fix for this.
1. Bring up the console in-game by pressing the ‘tilde’ key. It’s located above your ‘tab’ key.
(Note: Some users (including myself) needs to press the ‘ö’ key instead.)
2. Type “reloadscripts” (without quotes). This will cause all scripts to be emptied from the memory and then loaded again.
3. Force duty with LeftCtrl+P to go on duty fast, or LeftAlt+P to redo the duty part from the start.
