Zmodeler Export Crashes zmodeler

Featured Replies

Hey, I just worked on my starting vehicle in zmodeler (tim98's DSF CVPI with F5544's Non ELS Vector, and when I export it, zmodeler either "stops working", closes with no alerts, or just does nothing other that say "duplicate instance of extras_5." What do I do? I followed HLSavior's tutorial to the letter.

MODERATORS: I think that I put this in the wrong section, sorry.

With the  "duplicate instance of extras_5." that means you have multiple extra_5's (Didn't think Non-ELS ran on extra's though), even if you do not think you do, look through your WHOLE hierarchy

Yeah I did, the closest extra_5 that I could find was these 3:

extra_5 [COL]

extra_5_L0

extra_5_L1

Should I change them all?

wait when you first started on the vehicle did you delete all extras

No. As stated I am new to this. And the video I watched didn't mention anything about that.

well if you have two then you will need to rename one to something else

Are there like two extras_L0 or L1

sometimes I have the crashing issue myself, I uselly:
save before I export

Close Zmodler

Reopen my save

and then Export
