HELP! My GTA IV wont boot up!

After installing LCPDFR my GTA 4 wont boot up I ran the diagnostics tool and It gets to about there (Refer to picture) then crashes also. HELP!

You have to get the ASI Loader, re-install LCPDFR (Automatic one) and make sure either Xliveless is checked or dsound.dll.

Correct, just adding some information. Reinstall LCPDFR with administrative priviligies (right-click the installer, run as administrator). Also, after the installation is complete, download and extract this: (Latest .Net ScriptHook).
