Hey. Right so I have a ENB installed. Now when I go outside all the cars are really really shiny. I would like to lower how shiny they are and the shiny reflections on them. What do I edit in the config. The reflection settings or the chrome settings?

Lower the reflection values (http://gtabay.cba.pl/index_dokumentacja_gta4_en.htm).
