Hey,

I would like to have Liberty City looking like New York. I first want to have Los Angelos, but I think NY makes more sense, because I have already the statue of liberty and times square by default. I have already a vehicle pack with a lot of police cars, ambulance and a fire truck. I also downloaded new taxis and uniforms for the cops. What else can I do to have a my game like NYC?

PS.: Another small question: I want to use ELS as realistic as possible. So when do I use which light (Primary/Secondary/Warning lights)?

It does not change the actual road structure or routes, so it's won't conflict with LCPDFR. Just be careful not to overwrite your current car mods, as this mod include new models. 

I installed everything like in the readme, but I get an fatal error. Windows says:

Are you running the game as administrator? 

I always run Steam as admin, when I start the game. But also when I run "LaunchGTAIV" as admin the game crashes after I loaded a game.

You should always use LaunchGTAIV instead of the steam launcher. Perhaps try starting a new game? Adding new content really stresses a save game. 

I can start the game and play a bit, but after around 30 minutes the game is crashing again... Really annoying.

That's normal when adding mods, I'm afraid :/

probably els v6 or v7 with certain settings causing the crashes idk any other mod that crashes like that

I deleted some mods I usually don't use and now it's working really fine. Sometimes I've got an crash near Times square, but I can play now mor than an hour :D
