i recently add the trafficflow V5 that i downloaded on your web site i just wonder if i put it in the right folder because its look like not working when i play and activate LCPDFR .91 Y still see alots of taxi and cops car soo this files does go in .../rockstargames/GrandtheifautoIV/ ?

Put it in your scripts folder. .../rockstar games/Grand theft auto IV/scripts

Y try this, now my game crash at the loading screen  like (Loading...my cousin with the black screen) and on a flash a see like a window error pop up for a few sec and y still in game still trying to loading for ever. So i needed to do alt+tab a couple of time (still my screen on the loading) when i got the windows error and press enter game close.

its is because i cut and paste its the problem do i need to extrac it again from is rar. files

Yes, it has to be extracted from the .rar file. You should only have TrafficFlow.net.dll and TrafficFlow.ini in your scripts folder (well, also LCPD:FR).
