Hi I had to reinstall gta and I don't have internet right now so i need to do a offline activation. But when I click on activate manually or offline activation nothing pulls up. Can someone please help

It's on the installation disc, you use the same installer as you would if you had an internet connection. Read that guide too...

It gets to the point where I have to activate it

Yeah then nothing shows up. Im reinstalling and ill see what happens

well I reinstalled and ran as admin and clicked activate manually and nothing happened
