The only mods i have is LCPD and Asi Trainer 6.5 Everything works fine for like half an hour than crashes mostly happens when i do random pull overs

Make sure that you are running the game with the administrative rights by going to GTA IV/EFLC folder, right click on GTAIV.exe/EFLC.exe, select 'Properties' then 'Compatibility' and enable option 'Run this program as administrator', also do the same exact thing to the LaunchGTAIV/EFLC.exe (if you have Windows 8, then ignore LaunchGTAIV/EFLC.exe part).

 

Download and extract Scripthook.dll and ScripthookDotNet.asi files to your GTA IV/EFLC root folder and overwrite the files (http://www.hazardx.com/details.php?file=83).

It just crashed now while i was just driving around

 

Do the stuff I wrote in my previous reply. Also, create a text document named commandline then inside of it type in -availablevidmem 2, save and close.

 

GTA IV is a very unstable game, even without the modifications. Crashes are normal. All you can do is avoid them as much as possible.
