having a problem

Hey guys, loving the forum btw! i'm new to this, i've been seeing a couple of youtube videos about lcpdfr and i fell inlove with it. i can't wait to play it honestly. now for some reason when i get to the final steps of installing this message comes up:

At the bottom it said to post it here so that i can get some help! hopefully someone on here can help me out so that i can install the game and start playing it! i'm dying to play it.
