During the last interval of the first heist-mission (Pest Control) you take some bikes down the drain, so to speak, into a subway construction site. My question is, is it possible to re-visit that (extensive?) system again? Going to test that theory out soon, but I am just wondering if someone has already tried it before me.

there's another mission they you go back down into the sewer system ( topside )  as an escape route after rolling into grove street ( cj's old neighborhood) and shoot the crap out of the ballers  that now live / taken over

 

( grove street gang members are forced to live further  up the street away from that area )

 

 don't know about going back under ground part yet    only on mission 30 out of 69
