Any one know of any police missions or anything you can do ? 

I'm going to get the game myself in an hour. But try going in a Police car and see if a button comes up for the police computer, and there should be vigilante missions.

i am getting the game soon also i was wondering if anyone has the game and searched haha it is first thing i want to go find 

I've heard myself that there are no missions.

But... in the GameInformer preview, R* said that fire, vigilante, and taxi missions would return...

I hope there are something i was hoping someone would put a video on youtube already but nothing so far :'( 

As far as I can tell there isn't, than again, we weren't allowed to do vigilante in IV right away.

yeah it might be unlocked later on in the game but so far nothing yet there is random muggings that happen along with police pursuits

23  main/story missions in     14 hours played - yes i'm addicited lol

 

no sign of unlocking / being able to do vigilante missions
or
fire mission' s yet  -( unless i'm missing something stolen 3 fire trucks and haven't gotten any type of mission option)

 

 

there's 69 main/story mission's so who knows               plus  all the side activity's

 

 

I have played the game for a bit now and stolen quite a few police vehicles and there are no vigilante missions or a police computer that im aware of. Now there may be later on in the game but we wont know till we finish the game. That being said there are random events/ encounters that happen where someone might get there car stolen or wallet or even bicycle and you can chase the thief down and return the property back to the person. Sometimes you get an award or that person becomes a contact you can connect with later. In one of these events i had just stolen a cop car before so i was able to actually have  a pursuit with the car it was fun.

I was shocked there was no police computers in the game wtf rockstar? I did manage to steal a police buffalo and had a vapid slicktop chase me while picking up weed damn the slicktop is bad ass lookin but was hard to snag I need to buy more safe houses so I can store all the police vehicles...I did see a Tahoe style sheriff truck arresting a perp like the one picture that was posted

Did you see the Park Ranger Tahoe? looks pretty sick.

yeah I have it stored in trevors garage theres a beach patrol one too
