No matter what I do, I cannot make arrests. I have tried using every key with and without pressing ALT and nothing happens! I can frisk people just fine, but I cannot make arrests. What is happening?!

You are pressing Alt + H while facing a suspect, correct?

I try it facing the suspect, behind the suspect, next to the suspect, but still nothing happens. What is the whole procedure for it? Do I lock on to the target? Do I not lock on to the target? Can I use a weapon?

In 0.91 you should just have to face a suspect and press alt + h. There's no real procedure.

That also does nothing. Its like the command simply does not exist.

Just a thought I had: is there any way I can change the keys cuz maybe another mod is interfering?

Are you using a controller? If so, try aiming with your mouse and then press E.

Yes, you can change the key in the firstresponse.ini file found in the "scripts" folder.

I finally just removed all mods and scripts and reinstalled them all and everything appears to be working just fine now. That was just the weirdest shit ever. Thanks for the help.
