Good afternoon everyone!

 

I just purchased a new computer( all-in one Samsung with wireless keyboard)  and would love to install LCPDFR onto it. I also just bought GTA 4 for the computer via Amazon which then made me use Steam to download it. I then tried many times to download LCPDFR and it will not install at all. Is there anyone who could please help me with this? I m not really good with these types of things on a computer. I could really use some help.
