When ever i come in game I get Random Car washes and Its everywhere. I've got a new scripthook and reinstalled twice and with my other gta4 lapd, it doesnt have that glitch. 

Plz Respond

    Your saves are corrupted. Delete them and start a new game. Save files are located here:
