Ok again THANKS for helping me, now I did as u said and I dia an G17 IV Diagnostic ansd it said the GTAIV: ASI is not found, I'm really missing out on enjoying the game like most of you are..."HELP"

Try going to your Steam, Right Click On GTA IV, Go Down To Properties, Click Local Files, And Go Down And Click Verify Integrity Of Game Cache.. It will fix what need to be fixed in GTA IV once that finish doing what it needs to do try to access GTA IV..

Ok i tried it but still the same thing... This is getting me down.
