Hello,

 

I have tried adding cars through sparkIV and i have tried to add car packs with replacing the vehicle files and whenever I try to spawn some cars with Simple Native Trainer it says 'Unable to spawn, please check requested model'. When it says this I also don't see the cars on the street, so sometimes I have a police chase with only the chopper. When I launch LCPDFR and i try choosing a car sometimes the car doesn't load and I am just frozen standing there. I have tried to give SparkIV time to save/rebuild and it didn't work. I have set Preloadallmodels to true in FirstResponse.ini and it didn't work. Please help me, I really just want to play with proper car spawning!

 

Edit: When i installed ELS 7 and tried to take a screenshot of the problem i could spawn alot more cars but still not all

What are your system specifications?

Do you have steam or disc version of the game?

Are you launching the game as a administrator?

GTA IV is prone to memory leaks, having too much modded vehicles will make your game go crazy.

Go to your GTA IV folder > right click on LaunchGTAIV.exe > Properties > Compatibility and check 'Run this program as administrator', also do the same for the GTAIV.exe.

I'm on Windows 8 and i cant find the compatibility menu in properties.

 

Edit: When I right click I can see the 'Run as administrator' button

Try using GTA IV Vehicle Mod Installer v1.6 to install new models.

Its good and all but I'm installing full vehicle.img files with all cars different

Then try using commandline parameters, since I don't know much about that you can google it or wait for someone else to help you with that. Usually when you want to spawn a vehicle and you get 'Unable to spawn, please check requested model' message, it means that you are starting to lose textures and commandline parameters might help you solve that problem.
