John McCluskey Murder Trial

Featured Replies

Hey There!

You guys may remember this. In Late July 2010, 3 inmates escaped from a Arizona Prison.  That escape shocked the nation. It was also a bad day for law enforcement.  The first inmate Daniel Kelly Renwick was caught 2 days later in Rifle, Colorado. Then a few days later, a second inmate,  Tracy Alan Province was caught in a small wyoming town. Before He was caught he and another inmate,  John Charles McCluskey  and Casslyn Mae Welch went to Albuquerque to carjack a OK couple headed to Colorado. They then took them to Santa Rosa, New Mexico to burn the Truck/Camper they had taken with them.  BUT That is not the Reason I am posting this.  John McCluskey was charged with Federal Murder Charges and the trial is set to take place in Albuquerque later this month.  I will be keeping this thread updated with links to Local and National News Media Outlets, on what is going on in the trial.
