0.95 rc2 causes map problems

so i recently updated lcpdfr to 0.95 rc2. now when i go on duty and leave the police station the map loads realy slow ( buildings and roads disapear in the distanse) but i didn't have this problem with 0.92

does anyone know what is causing this? ps. sorry for the bad english

its the steam version. other mods i use are els, trafficflow and some cars 

 

windows 8

intel core i7-3770 cpu @ 3.40 Ghz

8gb ram

nvidea geforce gtx660

Go to your GTA IV folder > right click on LaunchGTAIV.exe > Properties > Compatibility and check 'Run this program as administrator', also do the same for GTAIV.exe, and un-check 'Read only' for GTA IV folder and sub-folders as well.
