Lens flare problem ELS V7

Featured Replies

I'm having a problem with my ELS mod that I installed. I'm not sure if its the actual ELS mod that's causing the problem or maybe something else.

Anyway, the problem i'm having is when I increase the brightness of the lights using the VisualSettings.dat file (I'm editing the line: car.defaultlight.emissive.on) it makes the lights a lot brighter but at the same time it adds a kind of lens flare which doesn't look particularly nice at all. Kind of looks like it isn't textured right or isn't the right resolution.

I've tried reducing the brightness, it does make it go away but at the same time the lights aren't as bright as I want them to be and they don't look as nice. I've also tried installing different cars (The ones in the pictures below are ELS V7 compatible) but that doesn't make a difference. I'm currently using Vucko's ENB v6.0 and have tried many other ENB's which also doesn't make a difference.

So is there a way that I can get rid of this lens flare effect but at the same time increase the brightness of my lights to make them look good?

Here's some pictures I put together:

Thanks in advance.

I think you only need to replace enbbloom.fx and enbseries.ini bloom settings to remove lens flare.
