My GTA4 LCPDFR 0.95 is about 8 seconds behind while I am running/walking also while driving in a car. I have looked in the other threads about this situation but couldn't find any help.

My specs:

Toshiba

Model: Satellite L645D

Processor: AMD Turion II P540 Dual-Core Processor 2.40GHz

RAM: 4.00 ( 3.74 GB usable)

System type: 64-bit operating system

If anyone could help I'd appreciate it. Thanks.

    GTA IV is a poorly optimized game, and running it on that laptop will not make it better. Try tuning down the graphics and use a game-booster of choice. Also, make sure you are running the latest patch.
